The Global Compact Network Australia (GCNA) supports the Modern Slavery Bill (2018) in an open letter to the Prime Minister

In an open letter to the Prime Minister, the Global Compact Network of Australia (GCNA), alongside leaders across business, investor, civil society, academia and faith-based organisations have expressed their support for the Modern Slavery Bill 2018. These leaders, including business members of the GCNA’s Modern Slavery Community of Practice, acknowledge the goodwill, time and effort contributed by stakeholders to see the Bill introduced and urge Parliamentarians to work collaboratively to see the Bill through to enactment in 2018.
