As we pass the milestone of the halfway mark to the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Australia’s leading UN sustainability conference for business addresses the rapidly shifting landscape of sustainability.
Held just one month after the UN Summit of the Future, UNiting Business LIVE Australia will be centred on expediting the impact of the private sector, including action-oriented outcomes from the Pact for the Future.
Recent years have brought both ample reasons for despair and moments for optimism. Sustainability risks for corporates and investors continue to rise, as we simultaneously fall short on meeting the SDGs and observe increases in climate emergencies and humanitarian crises. However, there remains optimism, hope, empowerment and – perhaps most importantly – action.

Leadership Dinner (invitation only)
The Leadership Dinner will occur on Wednesday 30 October after the Welcome Reception at Jones Bay Wharf for a select group of executives, board members, and investors. A two-course dinner will be served, along with the opportunity to meet Sanda Ojiambo, Assistant Secretary-General and CEO of the United Nations Global Compact.

UN Global Compact Network Australia Annual Dinner
The UN Global Compact Network Australia Annual Dinner will form the Gala Dinner of Uniting Business LIVE Australia.
The dinner will occur on Thursday 31 October at the end of the conference at Darling Island, 48 Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont NSW (8-minutes walk from Jones Bay Wharf). The evening will include pre-dinner drinks and canapés followed by a two-course meal.
