New Report Urges Corporate Australia to Take Action Towards a Clean Energy Transition

The Global Compact Network Australia has joined over 100 other organisations, including UN Global Compact participants Good Environmental Choice Australia, Intrepid Travel, Koskela, Point Advisory, Republic of Everyone, Talent Nation, Think Impact and Unilever, in calling for the Federal Government to adopt the Climate Change Bill proposed by Zali Steggall MP, Independent for Warringah.

The Bill calls for the Government to legislate a move to net zero emissions by 2050 and to provide bipartisan support for initiatives that will address climate change impacts and develop and clear and fair transition pathway.
