Jacqueline Fox

Chief Climate Officer, National Australia Bank

Jacqui joined National Australia Bank in 2001 and has over 25 years of financial industry experience across a range of commercial and risk management disciplines including treasury debt & capital management, structured finance credit ratings, securitisation origination and portfolio management and capital markets.  Prior to being appointed as NAB’s inaugural Chief Climate Officer in December 2022, Jacqui was Executive for NAB’s Capital Markets business including a dedicated Sustainable Finance team and co-developed NAB’s Corporate & Institutional Bank sustainability strategy and served as a Sustainability SteerCo member.   She also participated in the development of NAB’s Climate Transition Growth Strategy during the past two years and is passionate about supporting and creating prosperity for customers in Australia’s transition to a low carbon economy.

Jacqui has extensive leadership experience and is a director and chair on several NAB subsidiaries.  She is mum to four perpetually active teenagers/kids and enjoys Australia’s great outdoors and travelling.
