Heidi Roberts

A highly regarded workplace relations lawyer, Heidi is the Corrs Chambers Westgarth partner for diversity and inclusion and is the chair of their Diversity Council. During her 18 years at the firm, Heidi has worked across a broad range of activities in both legal practice and strategic business roles.

She has advised government and private clients on a broad range of overarching workplace policy matters, has managed significant industrial litigation and has presented workplace training programs to educate boards, employers and employees about safety, discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace.

Heidi led the development and start-up of the Corrs Group Business Orbit Legal Resources and was Corrs’ national pro bono partner from 2012 to 2016. She is a Graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
