Heidi Asten

Heidi is a specialist environmental lawyer who has been dedicated to this field for two decades. She holds a Master of Laws (International Law) from the University of Cambridge and is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Environmental and Planning Law.

Heidi has extensive experience advising government and private clients on environmental impact assessments and approvals, environmental litigation, and climate, sustainability and nature-related disclosures and risk. Heidi assists clients to respond to Australia’s ‘nature positive’ law reforms and prepare for the global trajectory of nature positive laws, disclosure expectations, and potential litigation.
