Ebbtide Group is a sustainability and ESG advisory service based on Gadigal land, Sydney.

We specialise in helping organisations understand, map and proactively manage sustainability risks and opportunities, to create long-term business value.

We work with a wide variety of stakeholders – from Boards and executives to those responsible for project delivery at the asset level – to provide the right balance of strategic and evidence-based insights to help shape and embed future-proofed sustainability initiatives. We focus on co-designing initiatives that not only support organisational context and strategy, but are integrated into how organisations assess, address and manage risk.

We leverage our extensive and unique cross-sector experience – working in and alongside a broad range of corporate, government and not for profit organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom – to help clients effectively navigate and address sustainability issues in complex regulatory, stakeholder and business environments.

Our core services include:

  • ESG and sustainability strategy, including materiality assessments, strategy & policy development, implementation and operational plans and support, reporting and disclosure.
  • Social impact, including community development and investment strategies, charitable entity management, volunteering strategy and program development, corporate giving, community partnerships and programs development, evaluation and measurement.
  • Human rights, including, strategy and policy development, salience assessments, due diligence mechanisms, training, implementation plans, stakeholder and supplier engagement and review and assistance with state and federal modern slavery legislation obligations.
  • Stakeholder engagement and facilitation, including stakeholder engagement frameworks & implementation plans, stakeholder mapping, workshop design & delivery, facilitation and training.
