Peer learning sessions are designed to be a space to promote open dialogue, practical insight and peer-to-peer exchange. The sessions will begin with short presentations and panel conversations from regulators and other subject matter experts on the theme of month’s theme. Afterwards, participants will be split into breakout rooms where they’ll have the opportunity to discuss challenges, opportunities and other experiences.
The purpose of these discussions is to offer an opportunity to learn from peers, to ask questions in a supportive environment, and to identify key themes that can be teased out in future SRCoP programming and discussion forums.
Attendees are encouraged to come prepared to contribute their perspective and actively engage in a meaningful discussion to build a shared understanding as the Australian sustainability reporting landscape continues to evolve.
About the Sustainability Reporting Community of Practice
To help Australian businesses navigate evolving sustainability reporting standards and expectations the UN Global Compact Network Australia (UNGCNA) hosts a Sustainability Reporting Community of Practice (SRCoP), in collaboration with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
This community of practice provides a collaborative and trusted environment where members can access insights, share challenges and explore solutions to meet both mandatory and voluntary reporting requirements.
