Greenwashing: Time to stop the spin cycle | March 2026

16 Mar
2026

Online
Ending 2 April 2026

Event Details

With both the Australian Security and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) targeting environmental and sustainability claims in recent years, greenwashing is no longer just a reputational risk – it’s a serious compliance issue. Companies are now facing multiple risks, including multi-million-dollar penalties, potential legal consequences and lasting damage to consumer trust.

This course is designed for Australian business professionals across a range of functional areas, including marketing and communications, operations, compliance, finance, reporting and sustainability.

Through a facilitated cohort experience, you will learn from leading experts – and also from your peers – about what a good ESG narrative looks like, how to identify and avoid greenwashing pitfalls, and how your role could contribute meaningfully to global sustainability efforts.

The development of this training course has been made possible with the expertise and generous support of Cahoot Learning and Salterbaxter.
