Event Details

Our members are invited to join us for the GCNA’s 2020 Annual General Meeting (Notice of Meeting).

We are also pleased to share the GCNA’s 2019/2020 Annual Report and Directors’ Report and Financial Statements.

This year’s AGM will include an overview of the GCNA’s activities for the 2019/2020 financial year, followed by the election and re-election of directors. There are no special resolutions at this AGM. Following the formalities, the Board and Executive Director will invite members to provide their insights and feedback on the GCNA’s proposed program of activities and focus areas for 2021.

Please note that if your organisation’s membership fees are overdue as at the date of the AGM, under the GCNA’s Constitution (Rule 6.1(b)), you are not entitled to cast a vote.

Via videoconference (Zoom) and teleconference in other locations. Dial-in details will be made upon registration.
