Tim co-founded Melior Investment Management in 2018 and is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). He has worked in capital markets for more than 30 years including Head of Company & ESG Research for Deutsche Bank from 2003 -2013 and was a top-rated sell-side analyst.

Tim currently serves on the boards of the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust and Regenerate Australia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tim studied International Economics and Finance at the Kiel Institute of World Economics in Germany and attended the University of Rochester in New York on a Fulbright Scholarship. Tim has a Master of Arts with First Class Honours (Economics) and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Tim is an Industry Fellow at the University of Technology Business School in Sydney.
