Santo De Pasquale

Santo De Pasquale is one of the Assistant Directors in the Serious Financial and Corporate Crime practice group of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, Sydney.

Santo has worked in various legal roles at the Commonwealth and State level, including the CDPP, the Australian and Competition Consumer Commission and the Environment Protection Authority, Victoria.  He has had involvement in a number of the CDPP’s foreign bribery matters.
