Sam Szoke-Burke

Sam is a Senior Lawyer in the Human Rights Law Centre’s Corporate Accountability and Climate Justice team. Prior to joining HRLC, Sam led federal nature campaigns at the Wilderness Society, and before that he worked at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, where he partnered with civil society organisations in Africa and South-East Asia on research and policy advocacy around the rights of Indigenous peoples and local communities affected by mines, oil-palm plantations and other large-scale projects.
