Mike Lamson is an experienced investigations and compliance lawyer with a focus on anti-bribery, corruption and financial crime matters across multiple jurisdictions. He routinely represents companies and individuals in complex, cross-border disputes and regulatory investigations spanning Asia, Mainland Europe, the UK, and the United States.

 Qualified in both the United States and Hong Kong SAR, Mike is recognised for advising clients on compliance and risk management in relation to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), economic and trade sanctions, and anti-money laundering laws. His extensive practice includes representing financial institutions and regulated entities in contentious regulatory matters, particularly those involving anti-corruption and sanctions risks.

 Previously, Mike spent over three years as in-house counsel leading global investigations for a global financial institution in London. Prior to that, he was part of a leading international law firm in Washington, D.C., where he specialised in corporate investigations and white collar criminal defence.

 Mike brings a practical, multinational perspective to corporate integrity and governance issues, drawing on more than a decade of front-line experience supporting clients in navigating evolving standards of anti-bribery and sustainability compliance worldwide.
