Mabel Wong is the Group Ethical Sourcing Manager at Coles Group, with responsibility for Coles’ ethical sourcing program and human rights strategy. Mabel leads the development and implementation of Coles’ modern slavery response and broader initiatives to address human rights risks across its operations and global supply chain. With over 15 years of experience in social justice, human rights, and ESG, Mabel has worked across the not-for-profit, corporate, and consulting sectors in Australia and internationally. Mabel brings a collaborative and pragmatic approach to tackling complex human rights challenges, and is a strong advocate for transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices.
