Kate Miller
Kate Miller is a purpose-driven leader with over 20 years of experience advancing equity, sustainability and human rights across corporate and community sectors. She currently leads Social Impact at KMD Brands Group, a global outdoor and sports company, consisting of three iconic, B Corp certified brands: Kathmandu, Rip Curl and Oboz. With a Bachelor’s degree in Law, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Global Health and Legal Practice, Kate brings a systems-thinking approach to human rights strategy and social change.
Prior to joining KMD Brands, Kate led a social enterprise delivering global citizenship education and community-based health and education initiatives throughout the Asia Pacific region. Kate has been published in multiple journals and is known for her work in intercultural education, impact measurement and community-led development. Her career is grounded in a deep commitment to sustainability, social inclusion and the power of the outdoors to drive positive change
