Heidi Roberts

Heidi specialises in human capital related matters and addressing human rights impacts of business operations. With over two decades of experience at Corrs, Heidi assists clients locally and internationally across the construction, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing and financial services industries to implement due diligence and governance frameworks to identify, assess and address risks of adverse human rights impacts, including risks of modern slavery.

She works closely with clients to develop governance frameworks and action plans to address cultural and systemic drivers of risks of sexual harassment, discrimination, and other negative workplace behaviours. Heidi also supports clients to implement grievance processes using a human rights framework, conduct complex workplace investigations in victim centric and culturally sensitive ways and respond to human rights-based complaints.
