Fiona Sartain

Fiona Sartain is Head of Sustainability at MMG, where she leads the company’s approach to climate, nature, social performance, human rights and external sustainability disclosures across its global operations.

She works closely with site teams, senior leaders and the Board to embed responsible mining into business decision‑making and ensure MMG’s commitments stand up to scrutiny and reflect how the company operates in practice. Fiona has deep experience in sustainability reporting, assurance and engagement with investors, industry bodies and civil society, and has worked across mining operations in Australia, Africa and Latin America.
