Ella Serry

Acting Executive Manager, Strategy, Engagement and Research, Office of the Australia e-Safety Commissioner

Ella Serry is the A/g Executive Manager of Strategy, Engagement and Research at the eSafety Commissioner, Australia’s online safety regulator.

Ella leads a team focused on advancing eSafety’s international strategic priorities with other regulators, governments, multi-lateral organisations, international NGOs, academics and policy experts, as well as delivering online safety capacity building projects in the Indo-Pacific region.

Ella joined eSafety in early 2019 as a Senior Education Advisor. Prior to joining eSafety, she developed and delivered a number of child safety and student wellbeing initiatives across government and the non-government sector. Ella has a Master of Policy and Human Services from RMIT University and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Melbourne and Trinity College Dublin.
