With over 25 years’ experience spanning public and private sectors across the globe, she helps organisations shift from performative sustainability to purposeful action.

Tamara is currently Group General Manager, Sustainability & Impact at ASX-listed software company Xero, following previous roles with Telstra and Glencore, a ten year international diplomatic career, and a formative period in strategy consulting with Bain & Company. She partners with boards, C-suites, and cross-functional teams to embed responsible practices into the DNA of business.
