Dr Josie McLean is recognised internationally as a pioneer of the professional coaching industry in Australia. Her earlier career as a financial analyst and corporate strategic planner ignited a lifelong fascination with people, processes, and change.

With corporate experience spanning over 20 years, Josie has developed a solid reputation for catalysing change within individuals, teams, and corporate cultures. Clients have included major blue chip corporates, each of the three tiers of government, universities, and many smaller enterprises. Her expertise in systemic change is underpinned by a deep understanding of complexity.
