Cath Brokenborough

Executive Lead, First Nations and Indigenous Engagement, Lendlease

Cath is a proud Wiradjuri and Dharug First Nations woman and is the Executive Lead for First Nations engagement and reconciliation at Lendlease. In this role, she has led the development and implementation of four Reconciliation Action Plans, including 3 Elevate RAPs.

Cath has 30+ years of construction and property industry management experience and 10 years’ experience as a board member for various government and not-for-profit organisations.
