Bryn Hardcastle

Partner, Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets, Allens

Bryn is a partner at Allens, who specialises in corporate, commercial, and securities law and has significant experience providing advice in equity capital markets, ASX listings, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, defences, and corporate advisory matters.

His capital markets experience includes advising both issuers and lead managers. Bryn advises clients across a range of industries, with his practice primarily dedicated to clients in the critical minerals sector.

Bryn has also held non-executive chairman and director roles in a number of ASX listed companies, across a broad range of industries, including mining and resources and technology.

Bryn was previously Managing Partner at Bellanhouse, the boutique corporate law firm he established in 2013 which merged with HWLE in November 2019. He commenced his legal career at Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills) in Victoria, and gained extensive international experience working for Allen & Overy in London and Dubai, before returning to Perth. He also previously worked at Hardy Bowen (now DLA Piper) as a partner in the commercial team.
