A/Prof. Martin Brueckner

Martin is a social ecologist with over 25 years of teaching and research experience in the sustainability field. His research interests are in the political economy of sustainable development, environmental politics, and corporate social responsibility.

As Pro Vice Chancellor – Sustainability at Murdoch University he is responsible for the implementation of the university’s sustainability strategy. In this role he champions sustainability in education, research, operations and governance and seeks to mainstream a sustainability ethos across the organisation.
