Diversity Council Australia (DCA) is the independent not-for-profit peak body leading diversity and inclusion in Australian workplaces. DCA provides unique research, inspiring events and programs, curated resources and expert advice across all diversity dimensions to a community of member organisations.
DCA also has a charitable purpose which is to create a just and equitable Australian society where people in all their diversity can thrive. By enabling more diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces, and evidence-led research, resources and advocacy, DCA contributes to the national conversation about inclusion and diversity.
