To mark United Nations Youth Day in August 2025, the UN Global Compact Network Australia will launch its inaugural Young Professionals Network, in partnership with Intrepid Travel.
This new initiative will bring together emerging leaders under-35 from UN Global Compact Network Australia participant organisations, to build meaningful cross-sector connections and grow their capabilities in corporate sustainability, responsible business, and leadership in the future.
Through a mix of in-person and virtual engagements, the Young Professionals Network will offer curated professional development, insights from sustainability leaders, and opportunities for participation in UN Global Compact Network Australia events for professionals under-35.
The launch event will serve as a dynamic platform to connect, inspire, and empower the next generation of responsible business leaders, highlighting the importance of youth engagement in advancing the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Hear from speakers from the UN Global Compact Network Australia and Intrepid Travel, followed by networking and refreshments.
