This SRCoP Spotlight Session explores early insights from the first year of mandatory climate reporting under AASB S2, focusing on peer reflections, common challenges, and key takeaways from Group 1 entities.

Additionally, EY’s Nicky Landsbergen will share practical guidance on quantifying the financial impacts of climate-related risks and opportunities.

Through breakout discussions and Q&A, participants will engage with emerging practices, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of climate-related financial disclosures in line with regulatory expectations.

To help Australian businesses navigate evolving sustainability reporting standards and expectations the UN Global Compact Network Australia (UNGCNA) hosts a Sustainability Reporting Community of Practice (SRCoP), in collaboration with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).

This community of practice provides a collaborative and trusted environment where members can access insights, share challenges and explore solutions to meet both mandatory and voluntary reporting requirements.
