The UN Global Compact Network Australia (‘UNGCNA’) hosts a Modern Slavery Community of Practice (MSCoP) for business participants. The MSCoP is a small, interactive forum that operates under the Chatham House Rule.

Combined Stream: 7 March 2024

In our first session for 2024, the UN Global Compact Network Australia team will provide an overview of the 2024 programme for the Modern Slavery Community of Practice. We will also invite representatives from the Attorney-General’s Department and Monash University Business School to discuss the principle of ‘continuous improvement’ in Australia’s modern slavery disclosure regime and progress made by Australian businesses.

The session will also provide an opportunity for participants to engage with the Attorney-General’s Department and Monash University Business School representatives.
