Tom Webb
Lawyer, Gilbert + Tobin
Tom is an environmental, climate change and clean energy lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin, living and working on Gadigal Land. He advises on the financing, structuring and development of biodiversity, carbon and energy projects, as well as on related transactions, disclosures and strategies.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Tom is a member of the Australian Government’s Youth Advisory Council on International Climate Change, advising the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water on its engagement under United Nations climate change negotiations (including the Paris Agreement) and its broader efforts to address climate change.
Tom teaches Environmental Law at UNSW and is a former NELA Board Director and National Secretary.
