Two leading experts on business and human rights in ASEAN and China – Liang Xiaohui, Peking University International Law Institute and Michelle Staggs-Kelsall, Human Rights Resource Centre for ASEAN – will discuss salient human rights challenges and risks and highlight recent policy developments that impact companies.
The webinar will also hear from two leading business representatives – Ron Popper, Head of Corporate Responsibility ABB, and Bruce Klafter, Senior Director, Social and Environmental Responsibility, Flextronics – who will reflect on corporate practice and strategies to manage human rights impacts in the region.
