Ross Drinnan
Ross has more than 30 years of experience providing strategic advice on a broad range of commercial disputes. His major work has included class actions, complex commercial litigation, corporate crime, professional negligence and product liability claims. He has advised on several cases for global companies facing cross-border claims and requiring defence strategy to be coordinated with international counsel.
He has acted for a range of sophisticated clients in relation to enforcement action, including criminal prosecutions, by Australian and international authorities. Ross has also advised clients in relation to and conducted many investigations.
Ross has done extensive work advising boards, senior executives and corporate counsel – both in times of crisis management and in setting forward strategy for disputes and investigations.
His clients have included KPMG, Citi, Westpac, BNY Mellon, Vodafone, Du Pont, ALE and Aristocrat, among others.
Ross is a director of the Law Council of Australia and a member of the International Association of Defence Counsel and the International Bar Association.
