Paul Redmond AM

Emeritus Professor Paul Redmond AM has longstanding research interests in corporate law and governance, in which he has written widely, including the leading national text Redmond’s Corporations and Financial Markets Law.

In recent years, he has developed specialised expertise in the application of human rights standards to business and the juridification of soft law standards of due diligence and supply chain responsibility in relation to modern slavery in Australia.
