Natalie Maxwell-Davis

Natalie is Senior Manager – Modern Slavery Prevention and Response at the Australian Red Cross. Natalie leads the organization’s program to address modern slavery, with a strong focus on incorporating the viewpoints of survivors and vulnerable populations into the Red Cross’ response. Natalie brings a wealth of experience in management and law, including firsthand work with migrant workers in Singapore. She draws on her diverse background to effectively integrate the perspectives of survivors and high-risk groups into actionable measures to combat modern slavery. Natalie’s qualifications include a Master of Laws (with distinction) from Monash University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
