Koh was established in 2016 in Bondi, Australia by co-founders and fellow Dad’s Adam Lindsay and Justin Alexander.
Their vision was to create a cleaning system that was better for our homes, families and planet by removing unnecessary chemicals, overconsumption and single use plastics that usually went hand-in-hand with the cleaning category.
Their formulations are independently audited to meet Good Environmental Choice Australia’s (GECA) Cleaning Product Standard ensuring it’s a better choice for people and the planet. They are also recommended by the National Asthma Council Australia’s Sensitive Choice as a better choice for those living with allergies and asthma.
Innovation driven by the betterment of their customers and planet is at the heart of what we do. Their award-winning refill pouch design is the first of its kind as it is 100% kerbside recyclable in Australia, and their cleaning solutions are designed to be truly universal – with multiple uses across the home to replace the need for a cupboard full of products, with formulas that are proven to actually work. The Koh cleaning system includes essential tools that not only give their customers a better cleaning experience, but are refillable, reusable and machine washable to reduce consumption of single use plastics.
With the help of their customers they have reduced the need for over 25 million single-use plastic trigger sprays and removed over 10 million litres of toxic cleaning chemicals from entering our waterways.
Koh commits to supporting social and environmental causes that are close to our heart. For every order placed they plant a tree on their customers behalf, they are currently at 1.2 Million trees planted and counting. They have also donated over over 1 million dollars worth of product to Aussie communities in need.
With over 1 million Aussies in Koh-mmunity – They are creating a cleaner, happier home and planet.
